Counseling

Academic Counseling: Academic counseling evaluates the student's interests, abilities, and limitations. The aim is to establish a tailored support and action plan. Through educational planning, we ensure that students are able to achieve their goals satisfactorily.

Individual Counseling: We offer students the opportunity to discuss concerns regarding any existing situation that may affect their performance.

Through this service, needs are assessed, and action alternatives are provided. We maintain confidentiality throughout the process, and, if an emergency referral is necessary, we follow the established protocol.

Students who need professional counseling services may request it through their virtual environment or PANAL. Students can also contact the university by phone and request an appointment. Counseling services will not be limited to emails but will include, if necessary, the use of various technological tools for virtual communication and support for face-to-face contact. Individual counseling services are confidential to protect counselor and student privilege.
